Do you want your website you be dynamic? If you need to update your website regularly, be it news, or a blog or whatever kind of dynamic content a CMS (Content Management System) is your best option.
I develop CMS powered websites using WordPress. This very website is powered on the backend by WordPress (need more examples of websites powered by Wordpress?). Using WordPress will give you an easy to use backend for updating your websites content and adding new content. Also, my skills in designing for the platform means your website will be customized for the goals of your project.
Each website I build using WordPress includes a user guide unique to your website to make updating it as easy as it gets.

If you're a designer and already have a design you need converted into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript I'll be glad to do it.
Timescale depends on the amount of PSDs and differences between them but turnaround is usually quick
If required, the conversions can be made into a custom WordPress theme as well.
Each conversion will be written with valid (to the HTML5 spec) HTML mark up, take advantage of CSS3 styling capabilities and will be cross browser compatible (check this site in IE6, not too bad right?).
